CIMC Park is located in the Science and Technology Innovation Corridor of the Greater Bay Area, the Songshan Lake National High-tech Zone, and is adjacent to Huawei’s terminal headquarters. It is a national crowd-creation space and a national technology business incubator. The owner of this project is CIMC, the world’s leading logistics and energy equipment giant.

Through the design, the project guides the combination of topography and viewing places with different elevations to enhance the overall landscape style of the area, so that it provides a comfortable and open industrial park space for corporate scientific research personnel.
