Nanshan Zhigu Industrial Park is located in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, with convenient transportation and abundant surrounding natural resources. The planned scale of the industrial park 2nd phase reaches 23,000 square meters. For the improvement of the public green space on the northwest side of the future, it will create a diverse and vibrant composite landscape space.

Based on the original smart park model, the project has been upgraded to 「Smart + Co-construction + Sharing + Co-creation」, we create a platform park with industrial formats as the core with the concept of sustainable development. At the same time, promote the transformation of industrial parks from a single production park to a multi-functional urban economy of life, service, consumption, art and culture. The design intends to create a fresh and stylish new image of the industrial park, create a one-stop experience for industry, office, and commerce, make full use of the three-dimensional space to connect the multi-dimensional green landscape, meet the various dynamic needs of new urban life, and enhance the added value of the region then make it a city landmark.
