The project is located in Guanlan Street, Longhua District, Shenzhen, formerly known as Guanlan People’s Park. It borders Meiguan Expressway to the east, Bilan Road to the west, Buxin Road to the north, and Guanlan Park Road to the south. In 1993, the Guanlan People’s Park was officially opened. Time has passed. The old facilities and designs have long been unable to meet the needs of citizens. The new Civil Code Park will bring a better urban public space experience to the Guanlan area.

The Civil Code Park has a scale of 169,000 square meters. It integrates commemorative theme parks, urban parks and mountain parks, and combines civil code science popularization, interaction and leisure functions. Whether it is the 「Civil Code Memorial Axis」 that pays tribute to the development of China’s civil code, or the 「Civil Code Circle」 that symbolizes the core spirit of the civil code, the project from planning to the node design of various nodes demonstrates the core spirit of the civil code everywhere, helping the popularization and development of the civil code, and use modern design methods to perfectly integrate the waterfront, mountains and forests and meanings to create a multi-level three-dimensional landscape experience, popularize modern legal concepts in the mountains and waters, and create an ecological interactive community full of humanistic care.
