HOPE DESIGN：Located in the heart of Ningbo’s political, economic and cultural hub, the core area of East New Town, Taikang Community · Yong Garden is enveloped by green spaces and waterways and features well-established commercial amenities, presenting a new landmark integrating elderly care, health services and commercial functions in the core area of Ningbo East New Town.
城市 CBD 核心的国际医养园区 A Retirement Community in the Heart of the City’s CBD
作为泰康第一家坐落于城市 CBD 核心区的 CCRC（持续照料退休社区）养老社区，甬园可提供约 1300 个养老单元。
这里为长者提供包括独立生活、协助生活、专业护理、记忆照护、老年康复及老年医疗在内的全生命周期的一站式连续性服务。其中泰康之家·甬园与宁波泰康脑科医院共同组成的泰康宁波国际医养园区，为宁波乃至全国的长者带去更高层次的医养融合享老新方式。
As Taikang’s first Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) to locate in the heart of a city’s CBD, Yong Garden offers approximately 1,300 living units for the senior residents.
It provides a full suite of life-cycle services for the elderly, including independent living, assisted living, specialized care, memory care, geriatric rehabilitation and senior medical services. The collaboration between Taikang Community · Yong Garden and Ningbo Taikang Brain Hospital forms the Taikang Ningbo International Medical and Wellness Campus, delivering an advanced level of comprehensive medical and wellness services to seniors in Ningbo and beyond.
国际高水准医疗配套 High-Level Medical Facilities of International Standards
宁波泰康脑科医院是泰康保险集团在全国布局的五大医学中心之一，定位为国际化高水准的三级脑科医院。这是宁波市政府重点引进的大型国际医疗项目，旨在建立“医疗 – 康复”一体化的“强专科、精综合”现代医疗模式。通过高水平的医疗服务，泰康之家·甬园为长者的健康保驾护航。
As one of the five major medical centers established by Taikang Insurance Group across the country, Ningbo Taikang Brain Hospital is positioned as a pioneering tertiary brain hospital that adheres to international standards. It also represents a significant international medical initiative introduced by the Ningbo municipal government, aiming to establish a modern medical model of “medical treatmentrehabilitation” integration with a focus on specialized and comprehensive care. Through high-level medical services, Yong Garden ensures the health and well-being of its senior residents.
自然与人居的完美融合 The Perfect Fusion of Nature and Human Habitat
泰康之家·甬园景观设计策略旨在整合公园、社交空间、文化设施及休闲绿地等多种功能，创造一个自然绿色的家园。项目通过对城市建筑空间和景观空间的有机整合，最大化景观利用率，将自然景观融入居民的日常生活。廊桥设计将多个地块空间有机联络，进一步强化了居民之间的交流、娱乐和就医需求。
The landscape design strategy of Yong Garden seeks to integrate parks, social spaces, cultural facilities and recreational green spaces, creating a lush, natural home. By organically combining urban architectural spaces with landscaped environments, the project maximizes the landscape’s potential, embedding natural beauty into the daily life of its residents. Corridor bridge connect various sections of the site, further enhancing interactions, leisure activities and access to medical amenities among residents.
整合与联络 Integration and Connectivity：
作为高密度城区中的社区空间，项目充分考虑场地周边状况，将外侧景观空间向周边地块渗透，与周边社区和商业设施有机融合。通过强化临近交通枢纽（公交与地铁）的对外属性，将西侧展示空间有效融入周围居民的日常生活，使养老社区与周边环境和谐共生。内侧景观设计将中心绿地与建筑相互渗透并有机联络，让老人们更加方便地感受自然生活。建筑群中间的水岸景观成为场地中的重要缓冲空间，为私密社区空间提供了更多的公共属性与社交可能。
As a community space within a high-density urban area, the project takes into consideration the surrounding context, allowing the external greenery to permeate into adjacent plots whilst organically blending with nearby communities and commercial facilities. By leveraging its proximity to transportation hubs housing bus and metro stations, the urban interface on the west side merges into the neighborhood’s daily life, ensuring that the elderly community coexists harmoniously with its surroundings. The internal landscape design interweaves central green spaces with the buildings, allowing the elderly to experience natural living with ease. The waterfront landscape at the heart of the complex serves as a crucial buffer space, adding a public dimension and social opportunities to this private community space.
扩充与分级 Expansion and Stratification：
项目充分利用建筑下侧的闲置空间，通过景观绿化覆盖和活动空间激活等方式，拓展老年人的多样化使用场景，最大化空间使用感受。利用建筑空间的错层关系，合理布局不同的功能场景，与建筑功能相呼应，为居民提供更加丰富多样的使用体验。
The project maximizes the use of the underutilized space beneath the buildings by transforming it into green-covered activity areas, thus diversifying the settings and enriching the spatial experience for the elderly. By capitalizing the staggered arrangement of the building spaces, various functional scenes are organized in a rational manner, aligning with the building functions and providing residents with a richer and more varied range of experiences.
泰康之家·甬园不仅是宁波东部新城的一座新地标，更是集养老、康养和商业综合为一体的高品质生态社区。通过科学合理的景观设计和高水准的医疗配套设施，甬园为长者创造了一个充满活力、健康和幸福的生活环境。这一项目的完成，标志着宁波在医养融合和社区建设方面迈出了新的步伐，树立了城市发展的新标杆。
Taikang Community · Yong Garden serves not only a new landmark in Ningbo East New Town but also a high-quality ecocommunity that integrates elderly care, health services and commercial facilities. Through well-structured landscape design and toptier medical facilities, Ningbo Garden cultivates a vibrant, healthy and joyful living environment for the elderly. The completion of this project marks a significant step forward for Ningbo in the integration of medical and nursing care with community development, setting a new benchmark for urban growth in the future.
